Step 1: Purchase a bundle

  • Choose one of our 3, 6 or 12 month bundles to purchase as a gift or for yourself.
  • Pay for the bundle in one upfront secure payment – there are no other costs, as delivery each month is free!
  • All you will need is the email address and delivery address of your recipient.
  • The bundle voucher will be sent to the recipient via email (either immediately, or on a specific date chosen by you).
  • If the bundle is a gift, you have the opportunity to write two personalised messages: one will be included in the voucher email, and the other (optional) will be included in their first parcel.
  • If known, you can include the name, age, and gender of their baby – this information will help us make their experience even more personal.
  • Once you have purchased the bundle, you will receive a confirmation email containing details and receipt of payment.

Step 2: Recipient receives voucher email & welcome gift

  • The recipient will receive their personal voucher email, either immediately or on the date chosen by you. This contains your personalised message, their bundle information, and details on how to choose their gift each month.
  • We will then send a complimentary welcome gift and personalised card.
  • Please make sure the address you have provided for your recipient is accurate. They will have chance to update their address before they choose their first month’s gift, but not before they receive their welcome gift. Please Contact Us as quickly as possible if the address you provided for them is not correct.

Step 3: Recipient chooses a gift each month

  • From the day the voucher email is received, the recipient will have 10 days to choose their first gift.
  • If they haven’t chosen their gift in this time, a reminder email will be sent giving them a further 3 days to choose. If they still haven’t made their selection after these 3 days, we will then choose a gift for them (based on the age and gender of their baby, if known). 
  • They will then receive an email each month, for the number of months chosen by you, allowing them to easily browse and select something beautiful for their child.

Step 4: A gift-wrapped gift arrives

  • Each month your recipient will be reminded of just how much they mean to you when a gift-wrapped bundle is delivered to their door (postage free).

How it Works

  1. Can I buy a bundle for myself? Of course, you can! When you have chosen yourself a bundle, you will be taken through the checkout process, which will accommodate both buying bundles as gifts or for yourself.
  2. Are there any differences between a bundle which is bought as a gift and a bundle bought for myself? When buying a bundle for yourself or as a gift, the process and gifts are exactly the same, and you will still receive the free welcome gift. The only differences are small technicalities – for example, you won’t have the option to write yourself personalised messages!
  3. How will my recipient know they have received a bundle from me, and what they need to do next? We are proud of our clear and user friendly process. Firstly, your recipient will receive their welcome voucher email (either immediately or on the date selected by you). This email will contain your personalised message, details of their bundle, their bundle code, an explanation on how to choose gifts, and a link to redeem their first gift. When they follow the link, they will be able to confirm/update their personal details before browsing and selecting one of our beautiful gifts. They will then receive a reminder email each month, for the number of months chosen by you, containing a link allowing them to quickly and easily choose their gift each month. 
  4. In addition to the welcome email, is there anything I can physically give to my recipient? If you are buying the bundle for, for example, a baby shower gift, you may be purchasing the bundle in advance, and may, therefore, like to have something physical to give to your recipient before the date that you selected for the bundle to start. The bundle start date is the date that the welcome email will arrive and gifts can be chosen after this (this will probably be after the baby’s due date). However, if you would like to give the gift in advance, say at the baby shower, please Contact Us and we can arrange something to suit you (for example, we could send you either a print out to include in a card you may be giving them, a babygiftbundle post card to give to them, or we can organise for their welcome gift to be sent early).
  5. How is a bundle voucher redeemed? Firstly, the recipient receives their voucher email, containing details of their bundle, a link to the gifts page, and their personal bundle code. They will then have 10 days to choose their first gift by following the link in the email, entering their personal bundle code, and selecting a gift. If they forget, it is not a problem at all; after a reminder email giving them a further 3 days to choose a gift, we will select and send one of our beautiful gifts (based on the age and gender of their baby, if known).
  6. What happens if the recipient forgets to pick a gift one month? – The recipient will have 10 days to choose a gift after receipt of their original voucher email and the subsequent monthly email. If they forget, it is not a problem; after a reminder email giving them a further 3 days to choose a gift, we will select and send one of our beautiful gifts (based on the age and gender of their baby, if known). The next month’s email will come as normal, a month after the previous one was received.
  7. Will I, the buyer, be notified when my recipient receives gifts? Apart from your initial confirmation email, you will only receive one email when the bundle has finished, allowing you to purchase another bundle for your recipient, or even for yourself!
  8. Can the gifts be spaced out, or must they be selected on consecutive months? We have designed our service so that one gift must be chosen each month, over either 3, 6, or 12 months.

General

  1. What age range are the gifts appropriate for? Our gifts are for children aged 0-3 years.
  2. What if my recipient is already receiving your gifts from a bundle purchased by someone else? This doesn’t matter at all; the recipient will have a unique bundle code from each of the bundles they have received. There is no limit to the number of bundles someone can purchase or receive. They will simply be able to choose multiple gifts each month – lucky them!
  3. What happens if I get some of the recipient details wrong e.g. their email or delivery address? Don’t worry, if you find that the email address you provided is incorrect, please Contact Us and we will arrange for another voucher email to be sent to the recipient. If the address you provided is incorrect, this will only affect the complimentary welcome gift (unless you have notified us of the issue quickly enough!). The delivery address you provided for your recipient will appear in their welcome voucher email; this gives them the chance to check it and provides details on how to update it by logging in to their ‘My Account’ page.
  4. Can I cancel the bundle after a few months? Only the buyer is eligible to cancel a 3, 6 or 12 month bundle contract. If you wish to cancel a 3, 6 or 12 month bundle contract before it expires, you must contact us. There is a cooling off period of 14 days upon receipt of your free welcome gift where you are entitled to your full refund. After this period, each situation will be assessed and dealt with individually. 
  5. Can a bundle be renewed when it has ended? When the bundle voucher code has expired and all gifts have been redeemed, an email will be sent to both the buyer and recipient containing a link to the Our Bundles page, where another bundle can be purchased. 
  6. Can I buy an individual product instead of a bundle? Our gifts are not available for individual sale. In order to purchase any of our gifts, a bundle code is required. You must, therefore, have either purchased one of Our Bundles or received one as a gift (the bundle code can be found in your welcome voucher email). Our minimum bundle length is three months, so if you fancy one of our gifts, why not treat yourself or your recipient to three!
  7. Can I refer a friend? Yes! Refer a friend to receive 20% off your next 3, 6 or 12 month bundle! When your friend purchases a 3, 6 or 12 month bundle, simply ask them to enter your email address in the ‘Referred by a friend?’ box (in the Payment section of the Our Bundles page). Your friend must enter your email address in this box for it to be counted as a referral – once they have purchased a bundle (and entered your email address), you will receive an email containing your personal discount code! Please note that this discount code can be used once only. Every time you successfully refer another friend, you will receive a new discount code.

Payment

  1. How much do the different bundles cost? We have three bundles available, all with different prices – please visit the Our Bundles page to see further details and prices.
  2. Will the gifts be paid for in one go or monthly? And are there any hidden fees? Don’t worry, there are no hidden fees – everything is paid for in one go when the bundle is purchased, including free delivery each month.
  3. What payment types are accepted? We accept online card payments only. However, if you are having trouble paying online, please contact us.

Delivery

  1. Is delivery free? Yes, delivery is completely free each month.
  2. Can gifts only be sent to UK addresses? Yes, we only deliver gifts to the UK.
  3. When will the first gift arrive? Your recipient will receive their voucher email on the date selected by you, shortly followed by their complimentary welcome gift and card. Once they have selected their first gift, we aim to package and post it within 24 hours. We then allow 2-4 working days for delivery.
  4. Do I need to be in for my parcel to be delivered? Our parcels do not need to be signed for. Once we have posted a gift, the recipient will receive an email notifying them. We allow 2-4 working days for delivery.
  5. What happens if the parcel doesn’t arrive? Once we have posted a gift, the recipient will receive an email notifying them. If your gift has not arrived, please Contact Us. Each situation will be assessed and dealt with individually.
  6. How can I update my delivery address? The delivery address provided for you will appear in your welcome voucher email; this allows you to check your address, and provides details on how to update it (by logging into the My Account page and clicking the ‘Edit Account’ tab on the left-hand side). Please Contact Us as quickly as possible if the address provided for you is incorrect, as this is likely to affect the delivery of the complimentary welcome gift.

Your Account

  1. What do I do if I have forgotten my password? In order to receive a temporary password, please visit the Log In  page and click ‘Forgotten Password?’. Please note that you must update your temporary password after one use; this can be done by logging in to the My Account page.
  2. Problems with voucher code/logging in? Please Contact Us if you are having any issues with logging in or selecting gifts.
  3. How can I update my details? All of your details can be checked and updated by logging into the My Account page and clicking the ‘Edit Account’ tab on the left-hand side.

Returns

  1. What do I do if I don’t like my gift and want to return it? If you are genuinely unhappy with your gift, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving it. Each case is assessed and dealt with individually. Gifts must be returned to us {Butterlands Farm, Top Road, Biddulph Moor, Staffordshire ST8 7LF} in its original condition at your cost. 
  2. What if I receive a gift which is incorrect, faulty or doesn’t fit? All parcels returned to us (from either not being collected, incorrect delivery address or any other valid reason) can be re-sent to you. Gifts must be returned to us {Butterlands Farm, Top Road, Biddulph Moor, Staffordshire ST8 7LF} in its original condition at your cost. Any faulty items must be returned to us before a replacement is sent out. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt. If the fault is agreed, we will provide a replacement for the returned goods. We reserve the right to refuse refund on any product. All our packages are wrapped with the utmost care and attention to give the product inside maximum protection so we cannot be liable for any damage to the product in transit. However, each case is assessed individually. You might be eligible for a replacement gift should it not reach you in perfect condition. Any items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

Problems

  1. Problems with voucher code/logging in? Please Contact Us if you are having any issues with logging in or selecting gifts.
  2. My recipient didn’t receive their free welcome gift? If this is the case, please Contact Us and we can help to resolve the issue.
  3. I am not receiving your emails, what should I do? We will send your voucher emails, confirmation emails, and reminder emails to the email address provided when purchasing the bundle. If you are not receiving our emails, please be sure to check your junk mail first. If you are still unable to find the emails, please Contact Us and we can help to resolve the issue. If you are sending the bundle as a gift, it may be a good idea to notify your recipient that they will be receiving an exciting email on the day selected by you, and to check their junk inbox if necessary.
